Q: What is the quality of our hair?
A: Our Hair is made from 100% Virgin Burmese hair, It’s the perfect choice for customers with a budget! The hair can be washed, blow dried, bleached, colored, and curled & styled with heated tools. It also can last several years with proper care.
NOTE: No matter how good our hair quality is, please DON'T style it or dye it too frequently, the heat or chemical will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Q: What color does the hair come in?
A: Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors, which are usually natural black to darkest brown. You can leave your comment at the time of purchase what color you would prefer, and we will TRY to match that the best we can.
Q: Can the hair be straightened or curled?
A: YES, all our hairs are 100% Human Hair, so treat it as your own. You can curl and straighten the hair as desired. However, DONT do it too frequently, the heat will make the hair easily get dry and tangled.
Q: Can the hair be colored /dyed?
A: YES, you can color our hair. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We highly recommend you have your professional hairdresser dye the hair for you. Coloring by yourself will take a risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, please always use our care product exclusively for human hair wigs and test a small sample first.

**Import Duties, Taxes on International Shipments**
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country; we have no control over such charges and cannot determine what they may be.
Customs policies vary from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information regarding any taxes or duties for which you would be liable.
Q: Which Shipping Company & How Long I Will Receive?
A: Mostly the Package will be shipped with DHL or FedEx.

When your wig has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided, from which you can check the status of shipment. If you don't get the tracking number regarding to the table above, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service for further information.

Q: Can I change the shipping address when I ordered?
A: If you want to change your shipping address, you should send email to tell us in 24 hours. If you don't tell us in the time frame, we will ship your order to your initial shipping address, if you can not receive it we are not responsible for it.
Q: Can orders be delivered to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address?
A: Sorry, but We are unable to provide delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO address).
About Exchange
Q: What wigs can be exchanged?
A: Send email to us within 14 days since you receive the hair, and ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, no altered, etc) can be exchanged/returned.
Q: How to exchange the wig?
A: Normally the wig with intact lace can be exchanged, but CSR need to check whether the wig is complete. To help you exchange the wig, please email us [email protected] and follow CSR's guide, or we are not responsible for any loss!
IMPORTANT:
1. Customers can enjoy one time free exchange(Return postage is on buyer.). Any price difference of the exchange wig should be paid by customers.
2. 10% (of your payment) handling fee for the 2nd exchange. 15% for the 3rd exchange. More than 3 times' exchange request is not accepted.
3. Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the day it was authorized for an exchange. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is necessary.
*FOR THOSE SELF-RETURN OR SELF-EXCHANGE, OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE.
About Returns
Q: What wigs can be returned?
A: Send email to us within 14 days since you receive the hair, and ONLY eligible wigs (Including no lace cut, no damage, unwashed, no hair cut, no hair dye, no altered, etc) can be exchanged/returned.
What's more, if you have some subjective complaints, we can make an exchange or refund for you. But $20 will be charged for shipping fees (we pay when ship to you) if you request a return.And an extra $20 dyeing fee will be charged if your returned order is a colored wig.
Q: How to return the wig?

Attention please:
Tracking number of the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day CSR give the return address. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange/return is necessary.

Q: What are reward points?
A: Reward Points are our way of rewarding customers for buying our products and promote our brand. They can be used as cash on this website to deduct your shopping cart amount.
You may receive points for a variety of activities on the site, such as shopping and doing reviews. The more you interact with us, the more reward points you will receive, which means the more benefits you will gain. We sincerely invite you to join in our rewarding plan and get your points!
Q: How to get reward points?
Account Registration: If you create a customer account & complete your profile you can get 10 points automatically.
Subscription: Subscribing to a newsletter, you can get 10 points automatically.
Purchase: Each $1 spent for your order will earn 1 point.
Sending Invitations: Earn points by inviting your friends to our site and registering. According to your friend’s involvement, you can get different reward points:
She/He register an account = 50 points
She/He purchases on our site = 300 points
Per customer can invite 10 friends/day at most, and the cap for friends shopping reward is 600 points/day.
Review a Product: Doing positive reviews on our site can earn points once they have been approved. According to the form of reviews, reward points is different:
Text review = 50 points
Nice picture review or video review = 100-200 points.
The comments for the same unit only count as one, and the ca per customer on review reward points is 500 points/day.
Share Your Review on Social Media: We encourage customers to share reviews outside our website and we will gives a lot of points reward if you share your reviews on social media and tag us:
Doing a positive review on TRUSTPILOT = 200-300 points
Post picture review on Instagram/TikTok/Youtube = 200-300 points
Post video review on Instagram/TikTok/Youtube = 300-500 points
All above rewards need to contact our customer service to get it, and we will determine your final points based on your review details.

Q: Point exchange rate?
A: 50 points = $1.00
Q: How to use my points?
A: You can use your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.
Q: Use Rules?
A: 1. The maximum value of the points you used is 1500 Per Order.
2. Points can't be spent on the same order that you earned them.
3. Points CAN NOT be used with coupon code.
4. The expiration of reward points is 1 year and they will be cleared automatically when expiring
Q: How to manage my points?
A: When you log on to "My Account", you will find a tab called "My Reward" you can check to see your current point summary here and your previous history of when you spent them.
From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.
Q: What payment methods do we accept?
A: We accept credit and debit card, Paypal, Western Union, and Bank Transfer. In order to protect your information, all card payments are processed through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can check out through Paypal as a guest.
*For purchasing over $600 (or purchase >=3 items at one time), we only accept Western Union and bank transfer payment methods
Q: How to get a Coupon?
A: There are several ways for you to get a coupon!
- You can get a coupon code outside of our Website (e.g. from any of our promotional websites, and advertisement, etc.).
- All the new registered buyers on our website will get a coupon code.
- You can get a coupon code after you sent us review.
- From special emails you have received from us if you have already sent us your emailaddress on our website.
Q: How to care the hair?
- When you are brushing your hair, be gentle! You must always use a wide tooth comb to brush hair from the bottom up, small sections at a time. For CURLY hair please detangle it when in water with conditioner. DONT comb it after it is dry, otherwise it will cause tangling and matting. Without the proper treatment, your hair will get damaged quickly.
- Use good brand hair care products such as Pantene or Keracare to keep your hair soft. Avoid hair products that contain alcohol because it makes hair dry. Chemical agents are widely used to add curl to straight hair and to loosen curls in curly hair. These products can permanently alter the structure of the hair. These compounds can also cause severe hair loss from over processing. Never use perms or relaxers on damaged hair.
- Wash and condition hair regularly. Detangle hair gently before washing. Wash it gently in one direction only with warm water and some mild shampoo following with conditioner. Rinse it carefully and let it air dry. DONT rub the hair or press it to hard while washing it.
- Deep wavy or curly hair always needs more maintenance than wavy or straight hair.
- Always braid your hair before going to bed, swimming or exercising. Never sleep with wet hair.
- Prolonged sun, water and wind exposure can damage the hair. It is also advised that you keep hair from coming into contact with saltwater and chlorine water as these factors can also contribute to the wear.
